MoveSafe’s Train the Assessor package prepares a small group of employees to be able to do the following:
Educate their colleagues in low-risk posture and positioning for computer work.
Lead their colleagues and peers through appropriate recovery exercises.
Perform basic office ergonomics assessments unassisted.
One full day of instruction for leaders - partly classroom lecture and partly practical application.
A separate 2 hour leader follow-up visit to mentor, progress training, troubleshoot and answer questions.
A 1 hour 'kick off' training session for all remaining employees, introducing the concepts and educating them on basic ergonomics principles (typically same date as leader follow-up).
A suite of print & video materials to help ensure a durable training result.
