This Leader Training is an interactive session that is aimed at organizational leaders. In addition to their knowledge from taking the MoveSafe Engage Training, participants will learn how to promote a healthy work environment and integrate program principles into their organizational systems and procedures.
Understand the roles and responsibilities of a MoveSafe Leader. Understand the MoveSafe support resources available and where to access them.
Understand how to demonstrate the MoveSafe exercises safely and identify when the exercises are not being performed safely.
Understand how to provide constructive coaching cues and ways to modify the exercises for different needs and different people.
Understand and explain the connection between the MoveSafe exercises and the 'Big 3'.
Understand how to observe and identify the 'Big 3' fundamentals during basic movement and static postures.
Understand how to identify when the work area and equipment need to be adjusted/modified. Be able to offer assistance or suggestions to workers for better fit.
