Move Concierge is a proactive office ergonomics service designed to help employees comfortably transition into new or renovated workspaces. When moving into an updated office, employees are often faced with unfamiliar equipment or workstation layouts that differ from what they are used to.
During the Move Concierge service, ergonomics consultants work directly with employees to demonstrate how to properly adjust new equipment and optimize their workstation setup. This hands-on support ensures each individual is set up for comfort, efficiency and long-term health from day one.

How does Move Concierge work?
Move Concierge is delivered through a combination of small group education sessions and brief one-on-one workstation support to ensure employees are confident and comfortable in their new workspace.
MoveSafe begins with small group training sessions that educate employees on how to properly adjust and use key workstation components, including chairs, height-adjustable desks, and monitors. These sessions focus on achieving optimal fit, comfort, and safe work practices.
Following the training, ergonomics consultants conduct brief individual workstation visits to answer questions, fine-tune setups, and ensure each employee has correctly adjusted their equipment.
Small group training sessions are typically 15–20 minutes
Individual workstation visits are typically 5–10 minutes, depending on employee needs
To maximize efficiency, it is recommended that employees who work in the same pod, area, or department attend the same training session. This approach minimizes time spent locating individuals and allows for a smoother workflow throughout the day.
