Our simple, brief and confidential online discomfort survey can support your organization in identifying and prioritizing employees with concerns. Many of our clients use our survey as part of their established ergonomics process. With the recent significant change in office work environments, our discomfort survey can serve as a practical screening tool to identify, prioritize and monitor employee discomfort concerns.
Our tool can include a custom introduction to help employees understand the purpose of the survey and to establish expectations for communication after the survey is completed. At a minimum, we will provide a basic report of participation and percentage of employees reporting high, moderate and low discomfort.
