MoveSafe® Office Spot Checks are short, proactive screens suitable for employees without discomfort or ergonomics concerns. Spot checks are typically performed after a group training session for maximum benefit. Once employees understand the basics of ergonomics, an evaluator will stop by their desks. They will assist with the adjustment of existing chairs and equipment, as well as discuss behavioural recommendations to reduce future injury risk.
If an obvious equipment need is discovered during a spot check, MoveSafe’s ergonomics specialists will document the need and provide a short written summary of findings after the visits.
