The Movement Screen has been designed to take a snapshot of your overall body movement including coordination, stability, and mobility, which can help identify areas of concern that may result in injury or discomfort. No matter where you are in the world, you are able to follow along with our simple steps and video upload submission. After completing the virtual screen, a Certified Athletic Therapist from the MoveSafe team will set up a virtual consultation to review your results and assign you exercises to assist in improvements to your Body IQ and overall quality of life.
1. Online Pre-Screening Questionnaire followed by a phone call to determine if the program is appropriate for you.
2. Online Intake Questionnaire.
3. Self guided online initial MoveSafe® Movement Screen.
4. Virtual consultation with a Certified Athletic Therapist (30-45 minutes)
5. Optional virtual follow-up session(s) (20-30 minutes)
5. Optional self guided online re-screen with follow-up by a Certified Athletic Therapist.
