Comprehensive Office Evaluations
Employees with significant concerns receive a thorough workstation evaluation, equipment adjustments, healthy posture and movement coaching as well as a comprehensive report to document risks and solutions.
An ergonomics evaluator will assess the individual’s work area for risk and assist them in making immediate changes to their equipment and accessories. We document the physical dimensions and fit of the work area and identify mismatches between the individual and their work space.
We also spend time coaching the employee on appropriate postures and behaviours to reduce MSI symptoms, and make additional recommendations (if necessary) for specific ergonomic equipment. Each employee is provided with individual stretches, as appropriate, to reduce their particular discomforts, as well as coaching points to encourage overall healthy posture and movement habits.
Employees are also provided with a detailed reference booklet to remind them of healthy posture and movement, appropriate equipment set up, and simple recovery habits. The assessment is followed up with a comprehensive report documenting identified risks in the work area, recommended behavioural solutions, and recommended equipment solutions.
For employees who work from home or in remote locations we can perform virtual ergonomics assessments using available technology. Contact us to learn more.
I really appreciate your efforts, and I agree fully with all the concepts you teach. There is nothing more that I would love, than to get the culture of everyone here in woodlands to be proactive about preparing yourself physically for the job – office or fieldwork…it’s the root to many of the injuries we see.

To minimize issues after a group move, employees receive a quick workstation review to confirm they are able to adjust their new equipment, and to encourage their healthy posture and movement habits.
Employees without significant concerns will benefit from a short workstation review to reinforce healthy habits, adjust furniture and equipment and identify workstation risks that may need to be addressed.
