Knee Position on Long Drives.
Check your knee position when driving. Many of us turn our right foot and knee out to 2 o’clock when we drive - especially for long distances. This has the potential to create an imbalance in our hips as the muscles on the right side of our butt get shorter. Try to get your foot and knee as close to vertical as possible - while still safely operating the foot pedals - to keep balanced in your hips.
